We accept order cancellations within 12 hours of the order being placed. If you cancel the order, you will receive a full refund within 2-3 days. It is not possible to cancel the order if the product has already been shipped. If you want to cancel the order, please contact us by email:

30-day unconditional return guarantee for unopened and unused items
Unopened and unused products are eligible for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase. Above all, we will send you the refund after checking and confirming the package by the warehouse. Please note: Please contact our support email address for the return address. All return shipping costs must be paid in advance. Cash on delivery deliveries will be rejected. For warranty claims that are not related to quality, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. All products and accessories must be included in the original packaging. Used/less returned items will be rejected. Please send the images of the returned package and the tracking number to the support email address:
support@takescase.com. Otherwise your return will be rejected. Returns may be refused if the items do not meet the above requirements.
The products can be returned within 15 calendar days from the date of shipment receipt. Returns due to non-quality related issues with expired warranties will be refused.

The customer service team will confirm with you the reason for the return and ask you to provide product and packaging photos from different angles.
The email should contain the following:
Your reference number.
Photos clearly showing the appearance of all sides of the product.
Photos of the full accessories display.
Photos of the original packaging.
Please note that the 15-day guarantee must meet the following requirements:

The product and accessories must not have any cracks, dents, scratches or other factors that could affect resale.
Once your return is received, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund. It typically takes 7-10 business days for your bank to show a credit on your credit card statement. Disputed orders may take 3-6 months to resolve.

We take responsibility for any quality defects and offer you a 1-month warranty for any quality issues. If the buyer has damaged or misused the item(s), he/she will not be eligible for the warranty. We offer an exchange or refund after confirmation via support@takescase.com (please provide the order number and status of the products).
Late or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company as it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you have already done all of this and still have not received a refund, please contact us at support@takescase.com
